Kotdwar: Police arrested 02 warrantees who were absconding for years

Case number 1374/2021 issued by Hon’ble Court, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kotdwar, Section-138 NI ACT, issued by the Kotdwar police of the district, Warranty Girishchandra Shailwal S/o Mr. Jagdish Shailwal, Vikas Nagar, Gadighat, Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal, and the case number issued by Hon’ble Court, J.M. Kotdwar 911/2019, related to Section-138 NI ACT, while arresting the accused Iliyas s/o late Abdul Karim, resident of Lakdi Padav, Kotdwar district, Pauri Garhwal, necessary legal action was taken as per the rules.
