According to the religious calendar, the fifth date of Shukla Paksha will start at 12.23 pm on August 20 and it will end on August 21 at 2.01 am. In such a situation, it would be best to celebrate the festival of Nag Panchami on 21st August.
According to religious beliefs, fasting on the day of Nag Panchami helps one get rid of Kalsarp Dosh, apart from this, chant the mantras of Nagpanchami after worshiping the serpent deity. Same, if the condition of Rahu and Ketu is going on in the horoscope of a person, then such people must worship the serpent god on this day. By doing this remedy, one gets freedom from Rahu-Ketu defect.
