If you want to eat phirni cold, then keep it in the fridge for an hour. Then spread pistachios and almonds on top before serving.
Ingredients
Rice – 1/2 cup
Whole milk – 1 liter
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Chopped cashews – 10 pieces
Chopped almonds – 25 pieces
Pistachios – 10 pcs
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Recipe
-First wash the rice thoroughly and then soak it in water for about an hour.

After the stipulated time, take out the rice from the water and chop it coarsely with a blender.

Take out and store separately in containers. To remove the heat of the almonds, soak it in water for 2-3 hours.

Then the almonds are peeled and ground to make a paste.

Then pour the milk into a thick-bottomed container and heat it on low flame.

  • When the milk boils, add coarsely ground rice to it. – Then keep stirring with a ladle and cook the rice.

-Phirni has to be cooked till it thickens. Keep stirring it in between so that the milk does not stick to the vessel.

Now add sugar, almond paste and chopped cashews to the phirni and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes.
