Knife used in wedding house for liquor, villagers beat up the accused

Bhanupratappur. On non-availability of liquor in the wedding pavilion, the guests from other villages created ruckus. 6 youths attacked a young man with a knife while fighting. When everyone was dancing in the wedding program. At that time there was a ruckus when liquor was not available. As soon as the villagers tried to catch these 6 youths, 4 of them ran away from the spot. In Kastura village under Siksod police station of Kanker district, two youths who created ruckus were caught and tied with ropes. After which his video started going viral on social media. On getting the information, the police reached the spot and untied the rope of both the youths.

Regarding this whole matter, TI Vidyanad Bhagat told that, on the morning of June 14, people who had arrived from another village had created a ruckus when they did not get liquor while dancing at the wedding. A knife was also attacked in the midst of the fight. Not only this, the accused were even saying that, we have come to dance in the wedding, will you not drink alcohol?

Let me tell you, a crime has been registered against 6 accused under the sections of assault and attempt to kill. On the other hand, the applicant Hansraj Uyke, while registering the report, said that, at 6 am on June 14, a wedding program was going on in village Kastura. Where 6 boys of Kodapakha had come to dance the wedding. At around 6 in the morning, his maternal uncle’s boy was being asked to drink alcohol and was threatening to kill him by abusing. The youths tried to kill a youth named Bhavesh, Bhavesh has also suffered injuries at many places. After registering the report, the police have registered a case against the accused Radhe, Ranjit, Rakesh, Vijendra Nareti, Vimal Nishad. All are residents of Kodapakha and Somdev Jain villages. Along with this, the police have arrested 2 people and sent them on judicial remand.
