KIIT signs MoU with Universidad APEC

Bhubaneswar: The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University, founded by Dr. Achyuta Samanta, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universidad APEC (UNAPEC), one of the largest and most reputed private universities in the Dominican Republic.

This MoU is KIIT’s first academic partnership in the Caribbean region and the first such partnership of UNAPEC with an Indian university.

The MoU was signed with UNAPEC Rector Erik Pérez Vega, in the gracious presence of H.E. Kishan Dan Dewal, Ambassador of India to the Dominican Republic. UNAPEC is known especially for business, professional education, technology, tourism and applied career-oriented programmes.

Expressing his happiness, Samanta said, “My sincere thanks to Rector Erik Pérez Vega and the leadership of UNAPEC for their cooperation and for opening new opportunities for the students and faculty of both institutions.”
