KIIT Signs MoU with the Institute of Chemistry, Ceylon to Strengthen Academic and Research Collaboration

Bhubaneswar: KIIT DU has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Chemistry, Ceylon, a prestigious professional body representing chemists in Sri Lanka. This collaboration aims to foster academic exchange, joint research initiatives, and capacity-building programs in the field of chemistry.
The MoU was signed by Prof. Janitha Abeywickrema Liyanage, President of the Institute of Chemistry, Sri Lanka, and a distinguished academic from the Department of Chemistry, University of Kelaniya, and Prof. Saranjit Sing VC, KIIT Deemed to be University.
Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS; Dr. Thelma Abeysinghe from the Department of Chemistry, Open University of Sri Lanka, and Prof. Jnyana Ranjan Mohanty, Registrar, KIIT DU were also present on the occasion.
This partnership is expected to facilitate collaborative research, faculty and student exchange programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives between KIIT DU and the Institute of Chemistry, Ceylon.
