Karnataka: Death threat mail sent to Hubli airport director

Hubballi. Hubli: Hubli airport director received a threatening letter through email in the city on Tuesday evening. Gokul Road police have registered a case in this regard. Airport director Rupesh Kumar S received a death threat message from LongLivepalestine@dnmx.org at around 6:30 pm on Tuesday evening. The letter said, “We will destroy you and burn you until you die. You feel that there is no answer for the evil deeds you have done.” Rupesh Kumar informed terminal in-charge Pratap and concerned officials about the letter. Meanwhile, bomb disposal squad has been deployed in and around the airport and necessary steps have been taken as per aviation safety rules. Security has been beefed up.
