Jodhpur-Dechu tehsil was reorganized and Pilwa new sub-tehsil was created.

Dechu tehsil of Jodhpur district has been reorganized by the state government and new sub tehsil Pilwa has been created.

According to Mr. Kaluram, Joint Government Secretary, Department of Revenue (Group-1), in exercise of the powers vested in the provisions of Section 15 and 16 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (Act No. 15 of 1956) and partial implementation of earlier notifications issued in this regard. In encroachment, the state government has issued a notification to create new sub-tehsil Pilwa.
He informed that there will be land record inspection circle Pilwa and Pilwa, Rawatnagar, Bhojakor, Kushlawa patwar mandals in the work area of new Sub Tehsil Pilwa (Tehsil Dechu) district Jodhpur. Similarly, in the work area of reorganized Tehsil Dechu District Jodhpur, Land Records Inspector circle Dechu will include Gumanpura, Utwalia, Chandsama, Govindpura patwar mandals and Kolu Pabuji, Mandla Kala, Kheda Bagodia patwar mandals will be included in land records inspector circle Kolu Pabuji.
