Jharkhand: 15 year old girl dies due to lightning in Palamu district

Medinipur: A girl died due to lightning in Palamu district of Jharkhand on Tuesday. A police officer gave this information.
The girl, identified as Sanju Kumari (15), had gone out to collect wood in Singhana village of Haidernagar block, the official said. During this time she got hit by lightning.
He said that Sanju was taken to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him brought dead. Police have sent the body to Hussainabad Sub-Divisional Hospital for post-mortem.
