Jalandhar: Cambridge students take steps towards sustainability and health at fest

Jalandhar: Students at Cambridge Innovative School organized Stride Fest 2025, celebrating sustainability, health, and community spirit. The event began with a fun-filled 5-kilometer marathon from the school campus to Shivani Park, Model Town, which was enthusiastically participated by students from classes VIII-XII, parents, and the Cambridge community. The Student Council organized a tree plantation drive, where students planted saplings to demonstrate environmental responsibility and a commitment to a green future.
The school promoted interfaith unity through a Walk of Hope, inspired by Sri M’s ideology of unity, which fostered respect, empathy, and social responsibility among youth. Deepa Dogra, Chief Academic Director of Learning Wings Education Systems, praised the participants’ enthusiasm and urged them to bring about positive change. The Head Girl expressed pride in the school community and encouraged her peers to embrace teamwork and social responsibility. Stride Fest 2025 concluded on an inspiring note, leaving a deep impact and reinforcing the school’s vision of creating a healthy, environmentally conscious and socially responsible generation.
