Jalandhar: 35 vehicles challaned for wrong parking

Jalandhar: Hoshiarpur police today launched a special drive against wrong parking on roads here. Police teams led by DSP Palwinder Singh of special branch of police along with a team of traffic police visited various roads and commercial areas of the city. 35 wrongly parked vehicles were challaned. Besides, four e-rickshaws and one MUV were also seized. The DSP said that challans will be issued for wrongly parked vehicles in the city so that people do not have to face traffic jams.
