Jagtiyal: Man prepared model of Ayodhya Ram temple entirely from rice grains

Hyderabad: As the day of the long-awaited consecration of the Ram temple in Ayodhya on January 22 approaches, artisans from all walks of life are setting their hearts on paying artistic tribute to Lord Ram. Orphebres have carefully detailed intricate ornaments that represent Rama, Sita and the temple. Artists meticulously depicted divine scenes in miniatures. Weavers dedicated their looms to create tapestries celebrating this divine occasion. Among these artists, Dr. Gurram Dayakar of Jagtial, renowned artist of miniatures and Guinness record holder, has created a truly unique masterpiece: a model of the Ayodhya Ram Temple made entirely of rice grains. Using over 16,000 individual grains, he meticulously captured the details of the temple’s architecture. This exquisite piece of art will be presented to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a symbol of devotion and appreciation for his role in facilitating the construction of the temple.
