Raipur. The weather patterns in Chhattisgarh have started changing once again. On Saturday evening, there was a strong storm in many districts of the state including the capital Raipur. During this period, there were thundershowers and showers in some areas. Due to this sudden change in the weather of the state, the people of the state have got some relief from the heat. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of thunderstorm and hailstorm in many districts of the state.

According to H.P. Chandra, a meteorologist at the weather center located in Lalpur, this change in the weather has happened due to the moisture coming from the Bay of Bengal, there is a possibility of similar weather in most areas of the state for the next 5 days.

Today on Sunday too, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and hailstorm at some places in the state. Due to this change in weather, the maximum temperature is likely to drop by two to four degrees Celsius.
