Israel releases 56 Palestinians detained from Gaza Strip

Gaza: Israel has released the Palestinians who were detained recently during the ground operation in Gaza.

The official said in a press conference in this context on Monday, “Palestinians were released from the Kerem Shalom crossing in the southern Gaza Strip.”

The statement claimed that marks of torture were seen on the bodies of the released persons, Xinhua news agency reported.

Local sources and Palestinian human rights organizations reported that Israeli forces arrested dozens of Palestinians during the operation and transferred them to undisclosed locations.
