Isha Ambani to buy Alia Bhatt’s brand Add-a-Mamma

Lions Industries is continuously acquiring small and big companies. Reliance is continuously partnering with other companies for business expansion. In this sequence, Reliance Retail Ventures, the retail arm of Reliance, is going to buy Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt’s company.

Reliance Retail Ventures is in the process of buying Alia’s children’s apparel brand Add-a-Mamma. It is believed that there will be a deal of Rs 300-350 crore between the two companies.

Reliance is going to take this step under its fast growing business. Retail business is expanding across the country. Under this, the company is going to acquire Alia’s child wear brand.

It is believed that this deal can be done in 300-350 crores. Reliance is planning to strengthen its babywear portfolio by acquiring Alia’s company Add-e-Mamma. It is believed that this deal will be finalized soon.

According to the Economic Times report, the deal between the two companies is in the final stages. It is believed that by the end of this month, the deal between the two companies will be done. Significantly, Alia Bhatt started Add-e-Mamma in the year 2020.

Talking about launching this brand, Alia said, “This company was launched keeping in mind the lack of local brands globally. You will find sustainable clothing options for kids at affordable prices with this brand.

Apart from her website, Alia Bhatt also sells her products through online platforms like Firstcry, Ajio, Myntra, Amazon, Tata Click. The valuation of Alia Bhatt’s company has been estimated at Rs 150 crore.
