Installing modified silencer in bullet was costly, court imposed fine of Rs 12 thousand

Raipur. Senior officers have been directed to take action on detonator silencer, in the same sequence, patrolling was being done, during patrolling in Amanaka police station area, Abhijeet Singh, father Rajendra Singh, age 18 years, address – Maruti Enclave, Tatibandh, modified by Amanaka in his bullet. Found violating the Motor Vehicle Act by installing a silencer.

Whose motorcycle was seized and presented before the Honorable Court, taking action under Motor Vehicle Act 39/192(1) A, 3/181 and 182 A(4). On which the Honorable was punished with a fine of Rs 12000/-.
