Innocent called a goon, serious allegations against police

Bilaspur. Police called a youth who raised voice against pollution in the distillery factory a goon and sent him to jail. It is alleged that the youth was threatening to kill by calling himself a henchman of Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The youth was drunk. The case is of Kota police station area. Actually, Welcome Distillery liquor factory located in Cherkabandha, Kota is accused of spreading pollution. Earlier also the local people had also protested against the factory management. But, like every time, the matter was hushed up by just giving a notice. There is also resentment among the people due to no action being taken against the factory management.

Pintu Markam, a resident of village Pipratarai, had reached Welcome Distillery on Saturday to meet CEO Saju Trilochan. He complained that pollution is continuously spreading from the factory, which is affecting the health of the people. It is being told that the youth was drunk. Here, the CEO complained to the police accusing the youth of threatening to kill him. He told that the youth is threatening him by calling himself a man of mafia Lawrence Vishnoi. On hearing Lawrence’s name, the police department came into action. Kota TI Roshan Ahuja reached the factory with the team and arrested the youth and sent him to jail.

It is also being told that the youth used to work in the same factory earlier, from where he has been fired. He got divorced from his wife just a month ago. Due to this, his mental condition is not good. Due to which he remains drunk throughout the day.
