Ingredients to make Makhana Chaat
Makhana- 1 cup
Tomato – 1
Cucumber – 1/2
Boiled potatoes – 1
Curd – 1 cup
Tamarind Chutney – 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Chopped coriander – 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Makhana Chaat Recipe
To make Makhana Chaat full of taste and nutrition, first put curd in a vessel and beat it well. The curd should be beaten until it becomes slightly thick. You can also add some water to curd as per requirement. After this, keep the whipped curd safe. – Now keep a pan on medium flame to heat. – After the pan is hot, add makhana in it and dry fry. During this time, keep the gas flame low. – After the Makhanas are roasted well, take them out in a bowl.
After this, divide all the makhanas into two parts. Now boil the potatoes and then peel them and cut them into small pieces. After this, finely chop the tomato and cucumber. Now take a bowl of curd and add chopped tomatoes, cucumber and potatoes to it and mix well. – After this, put the pieces of makhana in the vessel and mix well. Now take out the prepared mixture in a serving bowl and add tamarind chutney, black pepper powder, salt as per taste and green coriander to it and serve.
