Hyderabad: Man dies due to suffocation while eating chicken

Hyderabad: Recently, a 39-year-old man died in Shadnagar after a chicken piece got stuck in his throat. The victim has been identified as Srikanth from Annaram village in Medak district. According to reports, the victim had come to visit his sister in Hyderabad and went to a bar in Koti where he had chicken biryani and alcohol.

While eating, a piece of chicken got stuck in his throat, causing him breathing problems. He got upset and walked out of the bar and collapsed on the roadside. Locals witnessed the incident and informed the police. He was rushed to Osmania General Hospital where doctors declared him dead. The police have registered a case and informed the victim’s family and sent the body for post-mortem.
