Hyderabad: GHMC gets Swachh Survekshan award

Hyderabad: Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) on Thursday received the Swachh Survekshan award for the year 2023. The corporation received a five-star rating in the All India Clean Cities category.

The award was presented by Hardeep Singh Puri, Union Cabinet Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, at the Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.

GHMC Commissioner, D Ronald Rose, along with Additional Commissioner (Sanitation) R Upender Reddy, Project Manager, SBM Soma Bharat and Sanitation Field Assistant, Kapra Circle Manjula received the award.
