The victim told that he had not filed any complaint of assault in the police station, but after coming home on Tuesday morning, he started abusing. Threatened to kill after entering the house. After some time, when he came home, his wife Sanjulata Yadav told that Indal had come to the house and threatened to beat him.

Between 5.30 and 6 pm, he entered the house with 4 to 5 associates and first beat his wife, then beat her too. The accused, saying that they had filed a report against us, beat us with bamboo sticks and hand fists, due to which the husband and wife suffered serious injuries on their heads.
