How to make tandoori roti on pressure cooker, know how to make it

Lifestyle: People have their own preferences in food, some people like rice and some people like roti. Generally we use Tawa Roti in home food but some day while making any special paneer dish, dal fry or any non-veg dish, people usually like to eat Tandoori Roti and then order it from the market. In such a situation, if you are asked how to make tandoori roti at home with the help of a pressure cooker, then what else can you say… Let us know the ninja technique of making tandoori in a pressure cooker.

Mix one spoon salt in wheat flour. Now take one spoon curd in a bowl and dilute it by adding water to it. Now mix one spoon of this curd well in water. Now add flour to this water solution. Believe me, this trick will make your tandoori rotis as soft and tasty as dhaba.

This can also be done without adding soda to the flour. Knead the dough, cover with plastic and leave for half an hour. Place the cooker on gas and keep the flame low. Meanwhile, take balls for roti and roll them into medium sized, slightly thick balls. Stick two or three rotis together on the walls of the pressure cooker.

For this, apply water on one side of the roti and spread it. Now carefully stick the rotis one by one on the walls of the pressure cooker. Turn on the gas on medium flame and put the lid of the pressure cooker. Be sure to remove the whistle of the lid. In this way the roti will be cooked and puffed up in 3 to 4 minutes.

Open the lid of the cooker and place it on the gas and keep the flame on high so that the roti looks good and black spots are formed on it. Carefully take out the roti with the help of tongs.
