How to make momos chutney at home

Dry red chili – 4
Tomato – 2
Garlic clove – 3 to 4
Onion – 1
Black pepper – 4 to 5
Sugar – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste
Vinegar – 1 tsp

First of all, put tomatoes and red chillies in two cups of water for boiling.
Boil the tomato for 10 minutes, till its skin starts coming out.
After this, turn off the gas and take out the tomatoes and chillies in a strainer.
When the tomatoes cool down, cut the tomatoes into four parts.
Put chopped tomatoes, red chillies, sugar, garlic, onion, black pepper, vinegar and salt in a mixie grinder and make a fine chutney.
Veg momos chutney is ready, you can store this chutney in refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
