Housing Board’s feat, houses for the poor are also on offer

Due to the corrupt officials of the Housing Board, even the houses like LIG and EWS made for the poor, which are in high demand and the poor wish to have a house and as per the government policy, the poor are provided cheap houses through the Housing Board. But the corrupt officials have their way. Due to the wrong construction of high-level houses and use of inferior materials, the houses do not sell due to the negligence of the Housing Board. The demand for LIG and EWS houses always remains among the low and middle income group poor. The houses being made for the poor and low salary category people by the Housing Board are being sold through offers in a wrong manner. Whereas as per the housing policy of the Central and State Government, the objective is not to earn profit. The objective of the Housing Board is to provide houses to the public at low prices. Shops are also being sold at a price of Rs. 15,000/- per square feet, which is more than the price of private builders. EWS and LIG meant for the poor are being sold by putting them on offer and the corrupt officers who sell them are now fully in control of the Housing Board and have committed a scam of more than thousand crores in Talpuri Bhilai Abhilasha Complex Bilaspur and Himalayan Heights Doomratari. MD Panriyo, Harsh Kumar Joshi, HK Verma, all three officers have made all the files disappear in connivance with Bhupesh. It is common talk that Akbar and Bhupesh together committed a scam of more than 1300 crores in the purchase and sale of land in various schemes and Bhupesh got them to commit a new scam to suppress the previous scam. Similar talks are held by old and honest employees in the entire Housing Board.
Janta Se Rishta newspaper, whose complaint has been lodged with the Lok Aayog, a petition has also been filed for investigation in the Lok Aayog. The Lok Aayog has clearly asked the Commissioner Housing Board to appear by issuing a personal summons after taking statements from everyone, but five years have passed so far, no Commissioner of the Housing Board has appeared before the Lok Aayog to give information about the file and the investigation, due to which these three officers have been saved from going to jail and the scam of more than a thousand crores is still suppressed. We have been publishing complete documents and complete news continuously for 5 years during the Congress rule, but it is said that the corrupt officers, in collusion with Bhupesh, did not let any kind of action be taken against these corrupt officers. The former Commissioner and Pulak Bhattacharya did not take the matter seriously and made the corrupt officers who are involved in corruption, the investigating officers. Whereas a separate officer was to be appointed for the investigation. Those who committed corruption were included in the investigation committee for investigation from their team. Janta Se Rishta newspaper has provided complete information from the present commissioner over phone and taking cognizance of the above case, all the documents included in the Lok Aayog investigation should be presented and the report of the Housing Board investigation officer, if available, if the investigation report done by Bajwa investigation officer is not in the Housing Board, then the present commissioner should file an FIR against the concerned officer and against the peon who committed the theft and the officer accompanying him and against all the officers involved in corruption. The law is same for all and is applicable for all departments as well. The officers who embezzle crores of rupees of the public and the government should be punished as per rules.
The Housing Board did not complete its project within the stipulated and fixed time limit and by selecting the wrong place, most of the projects were destroyed by the corrupt officers who were in a hurry and in collusion, by creating a case, causing loss of crores of rupees to the public and the government.
Poor houses to the rich
Under Chhattisgarh government’s housing policy and Government of India’s scheme ‘House for every poor’, poor people should get LIG and EWS easily, but due to the offer, big people are also arbitrarily applying online to avail the offer and buying the houses of the above mentioned poor.
