Hoshiarpur: Three arrested with narcotics

Jalandhar: Hoshiarpur police have arrested three persons in separate incidents, from whose possession narcotics and related paraphernalia were recovered. In the first case, Model Town police conducted a raid near the railway station and nabbed two alleged drug peddlers. The suspects have been identified as Hatinder Kumar alias Hittu, resident of Shankar Nagar, and Rishav Talwar alias Rishi, resident of Fatehgarh, from whom 86 grams of heroin and a digital weighing scale were recovered. In another incident, Mukerian police arrested Vipan Kumar, a resident of Mukerian, during a raid in the area. A huge quantity of narcotic pills was recovered from him. Police have registered a case against the accused.
