Hisar Nursing students are demanding action in the harassment case.

Students at Khushi College of Nursing in Kagsar village, Hansi district, staged a protest demanding action in an alleged harassment case.

Their demands include the arrest of a senior college official and the transfer of students to other recognized nursing colleges. They alleged that despite complaining to high-ranking state government officials, no concrete action has been taken, and the college management is ignoring their grievances.

They claimed to have already met with Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Health Minister Aarti Rao, Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda, and Women’s Commission Chairperson Renu Bhatia. They issued a 72-hour ultimatum, warning that if their demands are not met, they will lock the college premises and protest at the Chief Minister’s residence in Chandigarh.

They also raised serious concerns about the college’s functioning, claiming that approximately 300 students are being taught by only two teachers, which is affecting the quality of education.
