Heavy rains in the district, the collector put the departments on alert

In view of the heavy rains in the district, Collector Taran Prakash Sinha has put all the departments of the district administration on alert. He has instructed the field staff of Revenue and Panchayat Department to continuously monitor at the field level. Special vigilance has been directed in the panchayats where flood situation arises.

Along with this, on the instructions of Collector Sinha, a 24-hour control room has been set up in the district office, Raigarh, for information and assistance regarding any kind of damage due to flood/excessive rainfall in the district.
