The effect of rain reached the UP Legislative Assembly in the capital. The ground floor of the Lucknow Legislative Assembly was completely filled with rainwater. Like every time, this time also a few hours of rain exposed the whole system and also exposed the claims of the administration. Similarly, Hazratganj, the main intersection of Lucknow, became a pond due to heavy rains. There was heavy waterlogging at Hazratganj intersection. People said that the waterlogging at Hazratganj intersection is exposing the claims of the Municipal Corporation. The general public is suffering the consequences of lack of sewer cleaning in the capital. If the sewer cleaning had been done by the responsible people, then there would have been no chaos.

At the same time, the Meteorological Department has appealed to the people not to come out of their homes unnecessarily in view of heavy rains. The department has said in the advisory that avoid coming in contact with unsafe buildings and trees. People have been appealed to stay at home.
