Health and discipline through sports: DSP Rapolu Srinivas Reddy
Kodada DSP Rapolu Srinivas Reddy said that if the youth focus on sports, it will be possible to build a good future along with health and discipline. He spoke while inaugurating the joint Nalgonda district level cricket competitions organized under the auspices of Ponugode Cricket Club in Ponugode village of Garidepalli mandal on Thursday. He said that through sports, a sense of teamwork, tolerance and leadership qualities will be developed among the youth. He said that the talent of the youth in rural areas will come to light with the organization of sports competitions. He said that sports will also help the youth stay away from bad habits. He said that the players should accept wins and losses equally and maintain the spirit of sportsmanship. SI Chaliganti Naresh, Sarpanch Katakam Venu, Deputy Sarpanch Jogu Aravind Reddy, former MPP Katakam Asha Ramesh, former Sarpanch Jogu Sarojini Picchi Reddy, Nelapatla Venkateswarlu, and Chamakuri Guruswamy participated in this program.
