Business Business. HDFC Bank said it is carrying out a system upgrade on July 13, aimed at enhancing the banking experience of customers by improving performance speed. The scheduled downtime is on Saturday and will begin at 3:00 am and end at 4.30 pm on the same day. “To minimise disruption, HDFC Bank advises customers to withdraw sufficient funds and plan all fund transfers well in advance before 7:30 pm on Friday, 12 July 2024. Which services will not be available during HDFC’s scheduled downtime? Cash deposit, fund transfer, mini statement, enquiry/billpay services and cardless cash withdrawal will not be available during HDFC’s scheduled downtime. NetBanking and MobileBanking: These will remain available during the system upgrade. Fund Transfer: All fund transfer modes including IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, HDFC Bank account to account online transfer and branch transfer will also be unavailable during the upgrade period.
