Haryana: The web of wires is becoming a danger for lawyers

Haryana: UHBVN has laid such a web of single live wires of hundreds of electricity meters around the lawyers’ chamber premises that even a slight short circuit can cause a major accident, due to which the lawyers’ files, wooden furniture and other valuables kept in the premises can be burnt to ashes. The district administration as well as UHBVN should immediately pay attention to this problem.
NH-152: Smooth traffic is a distant dream
The Kaithal-Ambala NH-152 constructed by NHAI has given great relief to the passengers. However, the happiness of the drivers on this highway did not last long, because the department started repairing each part of this highway immediately after opening it for traffic, which is still going on. The construction work of about a dozen vehicle underpasses (VUPs) and diversions for the construction of VUP between Ismailabad and Ambala on the national highway has become a big problem, causing a lot of inconvenience to the road users. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and senior officials should pay attention to the ground situation.
