Haryana: Police also do not seem safe in Karnal, Haryana. Here, fearless miscreants gunned down ASI. Sensation has spread since the incident came to light. ASI identified Sanjeev, attached to Yamunanagar State Crime Branch, who was murdered by two bike-borne criminals. The police team took him to the hospital and doctors declared him dead. Sanjeev’s family was angered by this incident. Crime incidents are increasing continuously in Karnal. Yesterday, bicycle-borne miscreants opened fire outside a shop in Angadh Karnal village and today another incident took place. This incident took place near Kotel village of Karnal where Sanjeev lived. Sanjeev is a police officer from Haryana and was deployed as ASI in Yamunanagar State Crime Branch. Sanjeev had undergone surgery some time ago. In the evening, when he was walking in front of his house, two attackers came on a bicycle and fired two bullets. One bullet hit Sanjeev in the forehead and the other in the thigh and he was rushed to a private hospital in critical condition where he died. Sanjeev’s brother and father also died some time ago. All the responsibility of the house was on Sanjeev. Police are also investigating the footage of nearby surveillance cameras.
