Girl hangs herself by sending message to sister, dead body found in bathroom

Lucknow. Now she can no longer live…, the girl committed suicide by sending a message to her sister. The girl used to work at a shop in Sukh Complex of Ghazipur area. The girl’s body was found in the bathroom on Friday afternoon. By the time the brother-in-law reached after reading the message, the girl had taken suicidal steps.

Inspector Ghazipur Vikas Rai said that Shilpi (27) was originally a resident of Barra, Kanpur. After the death of her parents seven years ago, she lived in Chinhat with sister Aanchal and brother-in-law Rakesh Kumar. Here she worked in Ajit Singh’s artificial jewelery shop. Went to the store on Friday.

After some time, a message came on Aanchal’s WhatsApp from his number. In which it was written that I can no longer live, take care of yourself and get the FD made in my niece’s name. As soon as he got information about the message, Rakesh immediately reached the shop fearing something untoward.

When asked about Shilpi, she was told that she was not seen for a long time. While searching, he reached the bathroom, where his body was found hanging from a noose on the window. The police reached the spot after receiving the information, filled the Panchnama and sent the body for post-mortem. Inspector said that no complaint has been received from the family. Further action will be taken on the basis of post mortem report.
