GD Goenka Healthcare Academy opens franchise branch of ACE Health Care Academy
The branch was inaugurated by Mohit Mehra, CEO, GD Goenka Healthcare, who speaking on the occasion said: “There is a huge demand and supply gap for trained paramedics in the Indian healthcare industry. According to ASSOCHAM, the size of India’s healthcare industry is expected to reach $50 billion by 2025. GD Goenka Healthcare Academy, which has over 70 centers across India, is trying to contribute to bridging this gap.
The courses of GD Goenka Academy will be accessible to the public through interest free loans.
Ganesh Chander Gop, GD Goenka Health Care Academy, Jammu said: “We will offer 12 certificate, 7 diploma, 8 degree and 4 postgraduate courses in various paramedical fields. Courses like Emergency Medical Technician-Basic, ECG Assistant, Blood Bank Technician, Physiotherapy Assistant, Pharmacy Assistant, Dental Assistant, Dialysis Technician, X-Ray Technician and Radiology Technician will be provided. Even paramedical courses recognized by the Indian Medical Association will be offered by the academy.
It was informed that the criteria for certificate courses would be minimum 10th class pass while for diploma and degrees the minimum eligibility criteria would be 12th class and for Masters it would be graduation.
Ganesh Chander informed that students will also be offered clinical internship in hospitals with adequate experience of practical education.
He also said that 100 per cent placement assistance will be given to the students and students from weaker sections can avail 100 per cent educational loan without interest.
