Gangraped for 5 days, boyfriend brutally…
Surguja. Once again a case of gang rape of a minor girl has come to light in the district. Her boyfriend and two friends were satisfying their lust for 5 days by threatening to defame her. Not only this, the youths threatened to defame and kill her. At present, on the complaint of the victim, the police has registered a case and arrested three accused involved in the incident.
According to the information received, the whole case is of Darima police station area. The 15-year-old girl had gone to meet her minor boyfriend. Meanwhile, the boyfriend’s other two friends Surendra Singh and Yashwant Singh reached there and committed the incident of gang rape with the minor. They were continuously committing atrocities by threatening to defame her. When the victim informed her family about the entire incident, a complaint of the whole matter was registered in Darima police station. On the basis of the complaint, the police arrested three accused including a minor and sent them to jail today on judicial remand.
Surguja ASP Amolak Singh said that the mother of the victim student reached Darima police station and lodged a report. On which the Darima police registered a case against the minor lovers, Yashwant Kumar and Surendra Singh under sections 64(2)(d), 70(2), 71, 3(5) of the BNS Act.
