Hapur: In Garhmukteshwar, UP, four youths kidnapped a girl student in a car and gangraped her after threatening to make the video viral. After the incident, the accused youths left the girl on the roadside and fled. The victim has filed a complaint in the Garhmukteshwar police station, accusing her of gangrape and has demanded that a report be registered against the four.
The police, prima facie considering the case to be related to a love affair, is claiming to take action after investigation. Several months ago, the four accused gangraped a BA student by giving her a cold drink laced with intoxicants on the pretext of getting her a job, and then threatened to make viral the nude video made during the incident.
The girl student, who lives in a village in the Garh area, has filed a complaint in the police station, in which she has mentioned that she studies BA and goes to college from home every day. About eleven months ago, she met a young man from village Baith of Simbhavali area on her way to college.
On 22nd October, by luring her with a job at a good salary in Gurugram, the young man took her to a hotel in Gajraula with a well-planned conspiracy. Where three friends of the accused were already present. The above four deceitfully made her drink some intoxicant in a cold drink and gang-raped her after making her unconscious. After some time, the applicant became unconscious.
The victim says that when she regained consciousness, she hurriedly wore her clothes and when she was questioned, the four accused threatened her and said that they have made nude photos and videos while gang-raping her. Therefore, if you do not keep your mouth shut, then the said nude photos and videos will be made viral on social media. After which you will not be able to show your face anywhere and the respect of your family members will also be shattered. Due to this fear, she became silent.
On Wednesday late night around 2 o’clock, when she came out after being threatened that her video would be made viral if she did not come out of the house, the four youths in the car forcibly dragged her into the car and took her to a deserted forest in front of the village. Where all four accused raped her.
The police is considering the incident to be related to a love affair. CO Ashutosh Shivam says that the matter is being investigated on the basis of the complaint, on the basis of which further action will be taken. However, in the prima facie investigation, the matter seems to be related to a love affair.
