Gang rape 100 meters away from home, widow woman found in this condition

Jagdalpur. A case of gangrape with a woman who lost her husband has come to light under the Mardum police station area. The victim woman has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. Giving information about the case, Additional Superintendent of Police Nivedita Paul said that on the night of June 26, the woman had gone to defecate in the village, 100 meters away from the house, during which some youths took advantage of the darkness and gang-raped the woman. And left him in injured condition and ran away. The people of the village came to know about the incident in the morning.

When the villagers went towards the forest, after seeing the woman there, the people of the village as well as the police were informed, after which the victim was admitted to the hospital. Police is continuously questioning the woman. At the same time, it is being told that there are youths from nearby who gang-raped the woman, who are being searched. The matter is under investigation.
