Fraud with farmers, 2 arrested including mastermind

Khairagarh. A case of fraud has come to light in the district. Where, with the connivance of swindlers and bank employees, innocent farmers were being defrauded of lakhs through KCC loans. This entire matter is of Mohgaon police station area of Khairagarh district. According to information, from 2013 to 2019, police had received complaints of fraud of more than Rs 40 lakh in KCC loans of 13 banks. The police was continuously investigating the case since the complaint was registered.

Seeing the seriousness of the entire matter, the newly appointed Superintendent of Police in the district, Trilok Bansal, formed a special team and speeded up the investigation and the police got a big success in the matter on Thursday. Which was disclosed by SP Trilok Bansal in a press conference. He said that the police has arrested Lalit Sharma and his associate Jeevan Lal Gond, the mastermind involved in the KCC loan fraud in Gandai SBI. The accused bank manager Arvind Devangan and Pyare Porte are still absconding in the entire case, whose whereabouts are being traced by the police.

A big revelation has come to light in the fake KCC loan case that the accused used to deceive the farmers by taking their loan book and land documents and fraudulently withdrawing KCC loan in connivance with the bank employees. The police have arrested two accused in the entire case. The other two absconding accused are being traced. Besides, information related to such cases is also being sought from other banks.
