Fraud in the name of winning a case in court, 4 arrested

Jashpur. Jashpur police has arrested five accused in the case of cheating by luring to win the court case of a long-running land dispute. Four of these accused are residents of Surguja district. On the complaint, Bagicha police started investigating the case and it was found that the mastermind of this whole case is Indra Kumar alias Mangal, resident of Gersa Pakhna Para of Sitapur police station area of ​​​​Surguja district. On the basis of suspicion, Bagicha police took Indra Kumar into custody and interrogated him, then the whole web of this conspiracy was revealed.

In fact, to win the land dispute going on in the court, the victim Ganga Ram had discussed with the accused Indra Kumar alias Mangal to perform puja-paath. After listening to Ganga Ram, Indra Kumar had hatched a conspiracy with his accomplices to extort money from him.

Under this conspiracy, on October 15, Indra Kumar called the applicant Ganga Ram and told him that he has found a Siddha Pujari Panda in Mahadevdanda of Bagicha police station area. After his puja, victory in the court case is certain.
