Four human skeletons about 15 years old found in vacant plot in Damodar Nagar

Kanpur: A sensation spread in Damodarnagar of Barra police station area of Kanpur on Wednesday morning when four human skeletons were found one after the other. These skeletons found in an empty plot near Sengar intersection are said to be 10 to 15 years old. It is feared that they were thrown here after Tantramantra.
Police and forensic team reached the information and collected evidence. According to the team, teeth have revealed that three of these skeletons are of an adult and one of a minor. It has been sent to labs to determine the correct age and gender.
At present, the police is busy scanning the nearby CCTV cameras. Actually, the dogs were wandering here and there with a human skeleton in their mouth. When some local people chased the dogs, ashes, bones etc. were scattered in the plot.
People informed the police. ADCP South Ankita Sharma, who arrived for investigation, said that preliminary investigation has revealed that skeletons of four people have been found.
They have been sent to experts to investigate how old they are and how many of them are men and how many are women. Prima facie it seems that the skeletons were brought from somewhere and thrown. ADCP said that after the report comes, efforts will also be made for DNA as per requirement.
Search for throwers with the help of CCTV
Additional CP Harish Chander said that CCTV cameras installed in shops and houses on every road passing around the plot where skeletons were recovered are being marked. CCTV footage of the last few days at all places will be checked and the person who threw it will be identified.
Coconut, lamp and vermillion found in a sack lying nearby
During investigation, the team also found a sack lying nearby. Along with human body parts, coconut, lamp and vermilion were also found in it. Because of this, the police suspect that someone used them for tantramantra and then threw them away.
