Former Union Minister made a permanent solution to the lease amount of Paharawar’s land

Chandigarh. The land of Paharwar village of Rohtak Municipal Corporation, which was recently given on lease to Gaur Brahmin Educational Institute, has a lease amount of two lakhs every year and it will increase by ten percent every year. For this, former Union Minister Vinod Sharma has given an amount of fifty lakh rupees from his personal fund to Gaur Brahmin Educational Institute, whose FD will be made and the lease amount will be paid with interest.

Giving this information, Dr. Jaipal Sharma, ex-officio Secretary of Gaur Shikshan Sansthan, said that first of all he expresses his gratitude to former Union Minister Vinod Sharma and Rajya Sabha MP Karthikeya Sharma.

He said that paying the lease amount was a matter of concern but the Sharma family has provided a permanent solution to it by donating from their personal funds, which is a matter of great joy. He said that by making an FD of Rs 50 lakh given, the interest on the given amount will be given as lease amount continuously.

Giving further information, Dr. Jaipal Sharma ji said that Lord Parshuram Mahakumbh was organized in Karnal on 11 December 2022 with the incomparable contribution of MP Karthikeya Sharma. In this, Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal had announced to give the land of village Paharawar on lease to Gaur Brahmin Educational Institute and that land has been received by the institution.

The land documents were handed over to the ex-officio Secretary of the organization at the Chief Minister’s residence on 16 May 2023 and thanks again to Chief Minister Manohar Lal for this. Dr. Jaipal Sharma further said that there is no difference between the actions and words of MP Karthikeya Sharma because on getting the land, he had promised that he would provide financial help by giving the entire lease amount to the Gaur Brahmin Educational Institute and he fulfilled his promise.

Dr. Jaipal Sharma further said that former Union Minister Vinod Sharma’s thinking has always been of social concern and whenever the society was in need, he has always volunteered and helped. Rajya Sabha MP Karthikeya Sharma also follows the path shown by him and talks about public concerns in public life with a spirit of service, taking care of all sections including the Brahmin community.
