Former MP Kisanrao Bankhele’s son commits suicide
Maharashtra: A shocking incident has come to light in which the son of former Ambegaon taluka MP Kisanrao Bankhele committed suicide by hanging himself. The exact reason behind the suicide could not be ascertained. A case of accidental death was registered at the Manchar police station in this matter. The person who committed suicide has been identified as Vikas Kisanrao Bankhele (age 52, resident of Manchar, taluka Ambegaon, district Pune). According to the police, Vikas Bankhele went out for a walk as usual on Thursday morning. After this, he met friends at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk. After talking to friends, he went home. After going to his room, he did not come out.
His elder brother Ramdas called him to eat food. However, he did not come out of the room. This made him suspicious. The door of the room was opened. Then it was found that Vikas had committed suicide by hanging himself with the help of a wire. Before committing suicide, Bankhe had not sent any note or message to anyone on mobile. The reason behind the suicide is not understood. A case of accidental death has been registered in this case, informed Manchar police. Police constable Sumit More is investigating. Vikas Bankele’s family includes his mother, wife, son and brother. He was the youngest son of late MP Kisanrao Bankele. As soon as the news of Bankele’s sudden death was received, a wave of mourning spread in the Manchar area. His mortal remains were cremated in a sad atmosphere. On this occasion, political workers of Manchar area as well as villagers were present.
