Forest department accused of not paying wages

Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi. After cases of tree felling, illegal excavation, wildlife migration in Marwahi forest division, the forest department is now being accused of indifference in paying wages. The workers who are forced to visit the office for wages after working say that they are asking for wages, not begging.

A large number of workers who reached the forest division office in Pendra Road for pending wages said that about 80 workers have not received their wages till now. The department has fulfilled the formality by paying wages to some people, but the rest of the workers are being made to visit the office again and again in the name of paying wages, but wages are not being given.

They say that we are people who earn and eat daily, it is not possible for us to visit the office every day.
