Forest Beat Officer Caught Taking Rs.10,000 Bribe by ACB

Bhadradri Kothagudem: A forest beat officer in the district was caught by ACB officials while taking a bribe. Nadimigudem Forest Beat Officer Banoth Naresh, under the Gundala Forest Range in the district, was caught on Thursday while taking a bribe of Rs. 10,000.

The victim approached the ACB officials after the Beat officer demanded a bribe from the forest officials when he asked them not to interfere in the 5 acres of fallow land allotted to his father by the government. The ACB officials acted strategically and arrested the Beat officer and produced him before the Warangal ACB court.
