FIR registered against former minister Mohammad Akbar, suicide case
Balod: An FIR was registered at Dondi police station in Balod district against former forest minister Mohammad Akbar under Section 108, 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code for abetting suicide.
The suicide note found in teacher Devendra Thakur’s pocket reads, “Former forest minister Mohammad Akbar” along with Harendra Netam, Madar Khan, Pradeep Thakur are responsible for my death. Who have taken money in the name of getting a job and are not returning the money. After my death, Leela Ram Korram, you will try to get the money. And will get justice.
In this case, the police officer said that on September 3, a teacher named Devendra Thakur committed suicide. After which the Panchnama of his dead body was done. During investigation, a suicide note was found from the pocket of the deceased teacher. In which the names of “Former forest minister Mohammad Akbar” along with Harendra Netam, Madar Khan, Pradeep Thakur are written. Further action has been taken and investigation has been started.
