Female leader cried after her nomination was canceled

Janjgir. ‘Miss Chhattisgarh’ Pooja Tandekar, who came into the limelight after filing nomination for Akaltara Nagar Palika Adhyaksh, has got a big shock. The nomination of the Shiv Sena-backed candidate has been cancelled in the scrutiny as his age is just two days less than 25 years. After the nomination form was cancelled, Pooja Tandekar is crying inconsolably.
After gaining fame as Miss Chhattisgarh, Pooja Tandekar was preparing to contest the election of Akaltara Nagar Palika Adhyaksh to try her luck in politics. Shiv Sena-backed Pooja had also filed her nomination on 28 January along with her family and followers, but due to lack of information, she could not assess her age correctly.
Born on 30 January 2000, Pooja was just two days less than the minimum age of 25 years prescribed for the post of president, as the election officer cancelled her nomination for scrutiny. Seeing her dream shatter before her eyes, saddened Pooja also reached the Collector’s office to plead, but due to the rules, she was disappointed.
