Extension of special trains including Tambaram-Thiruvananthapuram
Tamil Nadu : number of weekly special trains including Tambaram-Thiruvananthapuram North and Tambaram-Nagakovil has been increased. Press release issued by Southern Railway in this regard:
The weekly special train (No. 06035) running every Friday at 7.30 pm from Tambaram to Thiruvananthapuram North has been extended till June 6, and the weekly train (No. 06036) running every Sunday from Thiruvananthapuram North to Tambaram has been extended till June 8.
Similarly, the weekly special train (No. 06012) running from Nagercoil to Tambaram on Sunday at 11.15 pm will be extended from June 8 to June 29, and the reverse train (No. 06011) running from Tambaram to Nagercoil on Monday at 3.30 pm will be extended from June 9 to June 30. In addition, the weekly special train (No. 06030/06029) running between Tirunelveli and Mettupalayam will be extended from June 8 to June 30.
