Engineering student dies, fellow students angry at hostel warden

Bilaspur. On Friday, students of Bilaspur’s Guru Ghasidas Central University created a ruckus along with officials of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) over the death of a student. The students who came to surround the university locked the administrative building and stopped the work. The students demand that the matter be investigated and action be taken against the culprits. Let us tell you that recently an engineering student living in the hostel had died in a road accident.

A crowd of ABVP officials and students reached Central University on Friday afternoon. They threw out all the employees while shouting slogans and started creating ruckus. Student leaders said that the engineering student living in the hostel was out without permission on the night of the incident. Even after this the hostel warden did not take action. If the administration had taken timely action, this accident would not have happened and the life of the student would have been saved.
