Elderly couple brutally killed

Bathinda: A sensational case of murder has come to light from Bathinda, Punjab. Here an elderly couple was brutally killed with a sharp weapon. According to the information, the son, who works in a private company in Delhi, was repeatedly calling his elderly parents, but he was unable to talk to them. After this, he called the neighbors and told them everything. When people reached the house on the request of the son, they found them dead. The police was informed about this incident. The police reached the spot and took the body to the hospital for post-mortem.

The elderly couple has been identified as Kiyas Singh and his wife Amarjit Kaur. At the same time, the police has taken the body in its possession and started investigating the case. Giving information about the whole case, police officer Narendra Singh said, “The elderly couple who were murdered lived in a house built in the middle of the fields. Their son works in a private company in Delhi.”

Giving further information, he said that his son was calling his parents. Despite repeated calls, he was unable to contact them, after which the local people were informed about this incident. The police found at first glance that the elderly couple had been murdered with a sharp weapon.
