Kerala: Housewife killed by wild animal. Sarojini of Edakkara Muthedam Uchakulam colony was killed. She had gone to graze goats. The place where the incident happened is about a kilometer away from the road. This colony is located in the Nilambur Karulai forest area. Sarojini had gone to graze goats this morning.
10 days ago, a tribal youth of Manchiri Poochpara colony in Karulai forest also died in a wild boar attack. Mani (35) of the Chola Nayakar community was killed on the night of January 4. Mani was seriously injured in a wild animal attack while going with her daughter and was rushed to the hospital, but she died in the morning. The attack happened when the children were returning from the tribal hostel.
